We are now using the state-of-the-art facilities of the Ralph Wright Natatorium, home of the Louisville Cardinals! Don't restrict yourself to a tiny pool where you will have to battle claustrophobia! This is an 8-lane pool with movable bulkheads, which allows for the pool to be split into three different sections. The most important of these is the 18-feet deep diving well. This allows students to swim freely and experience the difference in pressure as they go deeper in a clear, clean environment before they must endure their certification dives at the quarry, where there are lower levels of visability and comfort.
Kentucky Diving Headquarters has a new home! We are now located just a half mile from our old location, across from Neil Huffman Nissan and next to Radio Shack. Our new address is 4143 Shelvyville Road. Come check out the new store! Complete with lots of parking and easy access, we can't wait to see you!

Returns
New merchandise returned UNUSED and with original packaging may be returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date for one of the following:
1. An immediate exchange for other merchandise in the store.
2. A credit slip to be used at any time towards the purchase of other Kentucky diving Headquarters merchandise.
3. A full refund or credit to charge card.
Any merchandise which has been USED may be returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date for:

All exchanges and refunds require the original sales receipt. Refunds for purchases made by check require a 10-day waiting period from the date of purchase.
AFTER THIRTY (30) DAYS ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Gift certificates are NOt redeemable for cash. The are redeemable for products, classes and services only.
Classes:
You must call to set up your class date; classes are limited to six divers, private classes are available. Call the shop for more information and to place your name on the list.
You must give seven days notice when moving your class date or cancelling your class. You will be charged a $25 service charge if you change your class date less than seven days before the starting date of class. If you cancel your class without seven days notice, you will recieve half of the full amount of class as a refund.

Certification Card Pictures

Pictures should be like a passport photo of the head and shoulders. Please include your name with your e-mail. Card orders are placed every two weeks on Monday and once placed should take about two to three weeks to arrive.
